Return and Refund Policy

 

We prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund policy:

 

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 7 days if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund, which will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Nutraceutical or opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Free shipping may apply on orders over ₹1000 or as per ongoing promotions.

  • Delivery Policy: Ensure the shipping address is accurate. Sabio Foods is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Delivery attempts will be made multiple times before returning the package to us.
